We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey system! Now, you can easily share your experiences with our Service Desk to help us improve our services to you.
Upon completion of your next service desk ticket you will be given an option in the footer of the email to score your service experience by selecting either Positive, Neutral or Negative.

Submit a CSAT Response:
Click the happy, neutral, or sad face on your ticket closure email notification to enter your name into a prize draw.
Leave a Detailed Comment:
Provide more details about your experience and your name will be entered a second time into the prize draw.
Each user can be entered a maximum of twice (once for the selecting a face that best describes your experience and once for a detailed comment).
What You Will Win
If you enter you will be in with a chance to win a 10th Gen (2022) iPad and your organisation will win a free three hours of Change Time at no cost.
The winner will be selected by a random computer generator on the 31st of October 2024 so make sure to tell us how you feel before the deadline!
