Galtec Technical Services Values and Mission Statement
Galtec Technical Services provide cutting edge technology installations and support services with a process driven, methodical approach, as an extension of our customer’s IT team. We are people, not machines, and deliver all aspects of service in the knowledge that our customer relationships define the quality of service we provide.
We endeavour to continually train in and gain accreditation in all fields relevant to our service delivery, sharing our knowledge and experience gained collectively since 2008 with our customer’s IT team.
Every effective solution is given the utmost level of care and planning, regardless of size, with a focus on Quality being the core development guide for the division.
To meet this mission, we will:
Develop, enhance and manage clients’ enterprise networks to provide high speed, transparent, highly functional and secure connectivity among all shared information resources
Employ and train the best staff in the business, making our customer’s information technology a reflection of our collective identity
Provide all staff with training plans, constantly developing our skills to keep ahead of the fast-changing IT industry
Sharing all knowledge gained through study and experience with our customer IT teams
Develop and maintain effective, reliable and secure information systems to support all service delivery for our customers
Promote new uses of information technology to ensure all internal and external customers are at the proven technological forefront of the industry
Provide IT leadership and consultation to support strategic and effective information technology planning against core business objectives
