Salary: Industry leading basic salary, starting at £22,500 per annum. Uncapped Commission Structure, and consistent salary increases aligned with individual target earnings.

Working Hours: We like to offer flexibility to our staff in the workplace, choose your working hours as long as you get the job done.

Hybrid Working: All staff are fully equipped for Hybrid Working with personal laptops and docking capabilities in conjunction with a multiscreen setup to maximise efficiency both in the office and at home.

The Role:

Building your very own client base in the business-to-business market to supply companies with their IT requirements, this is including everything from toners to laptops/PC’s to support services from Galtec’s very own in-house technical department. This will then require you to manage your own client base to maintain a good relationship with your clients and supply their ongoing requirements. We are a flexible and friendly company meaning we try to push our staff to self-manage their time, and although there are basic expectations, we try not focus on KPI’s as much as we focus on encouraging our staff to utilise their time wisely to gain the maximum benefits of working in the sales industry.

Ideally, Applicants Will Have The Following In Terms of Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in Business Development/Account Management, although this is not mandatory. Past experience in an office environment would be beneficial.

  • Basic/Intermediate level of IT knowledge/skills (must be able to use the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
